Allen Tate Realtors - Winston Salem at 147 Cherry Street South, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

If i could give a 0 star i would this is by far the worst business experience i have ever had in awhile i have been dealing with a realtor there by the name of Clement Little and a man by the name of Robert. I should of know not to do business with this man when his own assistant had nothing nice to say about their business relationship. First off they had one price listed on Trulia for a property at one price ,then when i did the application for the property they had another price. When i inform them.they basically brush it off like so what. I let that go because i was on time crunch to find a home which Mr.little and Mr.Rob knew Mr.little never return phone calls or emails which had me worry and concern due to the fact Mr Little ensure me that the property was going to be rented to me.when i finally got in contact with about paper work he acted as if he didn't know who i was and basically had to go down memory lane. He then recall who i was and told me to drop off my papers that day after 5 i did so and again had me meet Mr.Rob who works under him. He ensure me everything was good to go and he would email me the remaining info. The next week i email.call Mr.Little on an update never return my call. I then call to Allen Tate office where, a rep basically told me to leave another voicemail and that he would call me back this was at 2:30pm today i then got a call from Mr.Rob telling me that Mr.little had rented the home that he ensure me to someone else when my move out date to my current place is on Jan 31st.I stop looking for properties once Mr.little ensure me that he was going to allow me to rent the house ...make matters worst The man he had call show no remorse and basically told me he had nothing to do with what Mr.little previously told me and ask when did i want to pick up my paper work.
Clement little is very unprofessional and basically a liar and his want to be assistant is fraud himself he does nothing but down talk this company and Mr.little i guess i should listen to him. I advise any and everyone to not do business with this man that works for Allen Tate company.
