Applebee’s Grill + Bar at 1990 Griffith Road, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Poor customer service, bad attitudes from management & unsanitary lounging area. I would not recommend to anyone with a big family!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE! I repeat- do not eat here!! On May 18,2018- my family & I (party of 10) decided to come to this location for a graduation dinner. The servers were lounging around. The manager on duty saw my family & I sitting (waiting) to be seated. The restaurant was close to being empty & the manager on duty (I believe her name is Meghan)-Saw my family & I waiting and continued to ignore us. After 20 minutes of waiting she approached us and told us she couldn’t sit us for 30 minutes/ I assumed She did not want to flip the available tables. It is sad that there is a stereotype about big families not tipping/ i assume that’s the reason she or the waiters on staff didn’t seat us when the restaurant had maybe 10-15 guest in the whole restaurant. We left and went to another restaurant & tipped our waiter a $300 tip from a $126 tab. We also saw a waiter drop some silverware & pick it up, only to walk over to a customer & hand them that silverware. If I would Rate this restaurant I would Rate it in the NEGATIVES!

Walked in and was greeted warmly then seated immediately on a Friday night. Tasha, our waitress, took great care of us. We lingered awhile after dinner, but she didn't hurry us to leave. Very nice experience. Will definitely return.
