I had a really bad experience this November 2017. I need a school physical which requires few vaccines. The PA did not wanted to fill my forms until the blood results got back and school also required few vaccines and a TB test. They told me that ones the blood results get back they will call me. Well, has been over two weeks and I still waiting for that call. They send me to the Forsyth Health Department which they were surprise because they told that that my doctor should be able provide everything I need it. I went to the Prime Care they did everything I need it in less than 1 hour, vaccines, physical and TB test.
